Part 1: Terms & Conditions (E-commerce)

1. Order Placement and Acceptance

All orders placed through our WooCommerce platform are subject to acceptance by Bell3Full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in description or price, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
 

2. Payment Terms

 
  • On-Site Payments: For your security and convenience, Bell3Full utilizes integrated payment gateways to process transactions directly on our site.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise specified.
  • Security: We do not store your credit card or mobile money PIN details on our servers. All sensitive data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) via our payment processors.

 

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products (Bulk Meal Prep, Catering, and Private Chef services), all sales are final.
 
  • No Refunds: Once an order is confirmed and preparation has commenced, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled catering event or private chef service, you must do so within 48 hours notice. However, deposits may or may not be non-refundable to cover ingredient sourcing and labor costs already incurred.

 

4. Delivery Policy

We provide delivery services across Accra. While we strive for punctuality, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or logistics. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate digital address (Ghana Post GPS) and be available to receive the order.

  • Personal Identity: Name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp contact.
  • Location Data: Physical address and digital address for delivery accuracy.

  • Communicate order updates via WhatsApp or phone.
  • Improve our menu offerings based on customer preferences.
